Links to Hells Angels and the “blind hook” method
Some of those arrested had direct links to a Hells Angels faction in Belgium, responsible for controlling and recovering drug shipments when they arrived on Belgian soil. The investigation, which began a year ago, revealed that the organization used the “blind hook” method, placing the drugs in legitimate containers without the knowledge of the operator of the shipment.

The port of Valencia was the destination point for these containers managed by an intermediary known as Power Broker, a respected figure in the world of international organized crime who set the conditions between Colombian criminal networks and the European leaders of the organization, known in police jargon as HVT (High Value Target).

International fugitive arrested on the Levante coast
Among those arrested was the leader of the Belgian branch of the organization, considered one of the most important criminals in the country, who had been on the run for four years and was the subject of an Interpol red notice for his arrest and extradition. The fugitive was hiding in luxury villas on the Costa del Levante and ran the organization using a member of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang as a liaison.
